Inner child healing: This involves acknowledging and healing past traumas or wounds that may be impacting your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will safely and gently guide you till your inner child, help you to identify and validate your feelings, and nurturing yourself with self-love and compassion.
Recognition of old beliefs and behavior patterns: This involves becoming aware of any negative or limiting believes and behaviors that may be holding you back. Together we will identify the root causes of these believes and behaviors, challenging and reframing them, and replacing them with more positive and empowering believes and behaviors.
Integration of shadow aspects: This involves acknowledging and accepting the parts of yourself that you may have disowned or rejected, such as your fears, anger, or other “negative” emotions. I will invite you to explore these aspects of yourself through regressions, meditation, guided vizualitions, journaling, and other practices, helping you to integrate them into your sense of self and become more whole and authentic.
