1st MONTH
Looking at the Roots

Are you struggling with low self-esteem or self-worth? Do you feel stuck in negative patterns of thinking or behavior? Are you seeking for a greater self-awareness and personal growth?

Are you seeking to heal and transform your live? Have you experienced trauma or difficult life experiences?

Inner child healing: This involves acknowledging and healing past traumas or wounds that may be impacting your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will safely and gently guide you till your inner child, help you to identify and validate your feelings, and nurturing yourself with self-love and compassion.

Recognition of old beliefs and behavior patterns: This involves becoming aware of any negative or limiting believes and behaviors that may be holding you back. Together we will identify the root causes of these believes and behaviors, challenging and reframing them, and replacing them with more positive and empowering believes and behaviors.

Integration of shadow aspects: This involves acknowledging and accepting the parts of yourself that you may have disowned or rejected, such as your fears, anger, or other “negative” emotions. I will invite you to explore these aspects of yourself through regressions, meditation, guided vizualitions, journaling, and other practices, helping you to integrate them into your sense of self and become more whole and authentic.

2nd MONTH
Letting go of old Leaves

Forgiveness can be a powerful tool for co-creation as it allows you to free yourself from what is holding you back in relation to the past for then opening up new possibilities for the future.

Do you want to release the hurt, the pain, the shame and the blame that its been kept inside of you? Would you like to find peace in your heart and to heal the wounds that were created? Do you want to release old frozen emotions and freeing yourself from the grip of past hurts? Are you ready to let go of the past and move on?

Forgiveness (others and ourselves): I will help to identify your patterns of self-criticism and negative self-talk, and show you strategies for reframing your thoughts and practicing self-compassion. I will offer you a range of practices and exercises to help you cultivate self-love and forgiveness. These may include meditation, journaling prompts, self-compassion exercises, and forgiveness practices.

Receive back your Energy: Experience of stress, trauma, or negative emotions let our energy depleted, leaving us feeling tired, drained, and disconnected from ourselves and others. I will help you to bring your energy back, guiding you on taking steps to restore your energy levels and to reconnect with your inner self, your purpose, and your passion.

Bring antennas from the outside to the inside: through a combination of practices i will invite to attune to your inner world, which can help you to reconnect and feel yourself, your needs, and your desires.You will learn and expand your ability to listen your inner voice and intuition, and to trust yourself more fully.

3rd MONTH
Consciousness Unfolder

Blossoming of new flowers represents the integration and unfolding of your whole creator power.

Creator Power refers to the idea that our consciousness has the power to shape and manifest our truthful being, initiated with our thoughts . Are you ready to unlock your whole Creator Power, manifest your soul’s essence and create the life you truly desire to live? Are you ready to shape your own reality?

Unfolding of Whole Creator Power: Together we will tapping into yours inner creative power and potential. This process involves recognizing that you are capable of creating your own reality and manifesting your soul desires, and learning to harness this power to live a more fulfilling and purposeful live.

The Three Pillars of Self-Love: learning about three key aspects of self-love that support your growth. The three pillars are: self-acceptance (acknowledging and embracing all aspects of ourselves), self-care (nurturing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being), and self-compassion (being kind and understanding towards ourselves, especially when we face challenges or setbacks).

Meditation as a Consciousness Unfolder: Meditation is a powerful tool for expanding your consciousness and a bridge to connecting with the greater universe or higher power. Along the 3rd month i will be teaching you specific techniques for quieting the mind and focusing your attention, as well as helping you to establish a regular meditation practice.
